Yes, all of our 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom coliving suites come fully-furnished. For all other unit types, we have both furnished and unfurnished options. Our furnished apartments come with everything you need– even pots and plates. Just bring your shirts and sheets!
No, due to fair housing laws and our preference for open minds, we don’t match roommates.
Your partner may come as your guest, but if they want to come on their own they would need to be a member.
Your private space is your canvas. We provide the furniture, you add your personality. Since you’ll share the living areas with roommates, we ask that you be reasonable and limit the amount of personal items in the common space. Note that it is expected that if you decide to move out at some point, you return the suite in its original condition.
We have a 3 guest limit per visit. Contact us through the X App for special occasions and we will do our best to accommodate additional guests as needed.
You will have access to our full event and fitness calendars on the X App. You will be able to RSVP for yourself and your guests.
If you live in a Rent By Bedroom unit, your common spaces will be professionally cleaned every two weeks, which is already included in your rent. We’ll be rolling out an optional program to have your private bedroom and bathroom cleaned for an additional cost.
If you rent a studio, 1, or 2 bed, you’ll also have the option to opt into the cleaning program at an additional cost.
Reserved and unreserved parking is available for a monthly fee.
All Members enjoy access to X Club’s membership directory, live & digital programming and events, communal spaces, fitness center, event spaces, conference rooms, member perks, food and beverage offerings, and WiFi.
Just your shirts and sheets. We furnish everything else. Seriously though, think of it as things that are disposable or truly personal should be brought with you. Everything you need to live your day/day that is permanent (couch) or semi-permanent (dishes) will be provided for you.
Weekly events will be programmed on-site (and online) for residents and members. Event categories include health + wellness, professional development, entertainment/art/music and community.
Coliving is a convenient and attainable way of living in the heart of the city in a beautiful apartment where you have your own private suite within a larger unit. You will have your own self contained and locked, fully furnished bedroom and personal bathroom within a thoughtfully designed unit. You’ll share a fully-equipped kitchen (all the pots and pans you’ll ever need) and living room with one, two, or three other friends depending on the unit of your choice. Shared spaces are professionally cleaned every two weeks.
You are welcome to do so at any time and you would only be charged through last day of the month in which you decide to cancel. Otherwise your membership renews automatically on a monthly rolling basis, subject to X Club’s Terms and Conditions.
You are allowed to transfer coliving units if things aren’t working out, your satisfaction is our top priority.
